Delete Your Account

You can ask us to permanently delete your Berean Ministry account and its associated data at any time. Here is how, and exactly what happens.

How to request deletion

1. Email info.b@bereanministry.com from the address associated with your account (or tell us the email address on the account, if you are writing from a different address).
2. Include the words “Delete my account” and the app (Berean Ministry) in your message.
3. We will confirm your identity if needed, then delete your account and data within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once it is done.

What gets deleted

• Your account itself — email address and password.
• Your reading data — bookmarks, highlights, reading and audio positions, and Verse-of-the-Day preferences.
• Your Find/research history — saved questions and answers tied to your account.

What may be retained, and why

Standard server logs (such as IP address and timestamps) are kept for a short period as part of normal security and abuse-prevention practice, and are not tied to your account once it is deleted. We do not retain any other personal data after deletion.
