We read every message and normally reply within a day or two.
Common questions
- Do I need an account? Not to read. The library, the Bible, the hymns and keyword search are open to everyone.
An account is what signs you in on the app — create one from the sign-in screen, or
here on this website. Confirm your email address and you can sign in straight away — nobody has to approve it. Your account opens the AI answers in Find as well.
- I have forgotten my password. Choose Forgot password on the
sign-in screen and a six-digit code will be sent to your email address. If it does not
arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then write to us.
- My reset email never arrives. Make sure you are using the exact address
your account was created with — a different address will look identical on screen but
has no account behind it. If in doubt, write to us and we will check.
- Can I read without a signal? Yes. Download a book from its page and it,
the Bible and the hymns will open with no connection. What you read offline is
remembered and caught up when you are back on.
