[[p. 494] To the same.] R T Grant, The question has been raised, for which I was not prepared at the time, how far the giving up of the kingdom involved the giving up of His lordship over all things — His personal superiority (I do not merely mean divinity — that is clear). I apprehend, not. I have looked a little into it in Ephesians 1 and Colossians 1, but am not at the end of inquiry so as to teach, even if called for. What say you?
