If thou hast a burden

Cast it on the Lord

And He will sustain thee—

Dost thou seek a burden?

Come to Him so blest—

Jesus will bestow one

Canst thou share a burden

With thy fellow-saint?

Then fulfil the law of

But there is a burden,

One for thee alone,
