I read those verses in 2 Corinthians to remark on the “house which is from heaven”. In one sense the bodies in which we die actually come up again out of the grave, though in a new condition, and those of the living that are changed are the same bodies, but changed at the coming of the Lord; so that we retain our bodies, but then there is this additional idea of a
“house which is from heaven”. We have “a building from God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens”. What a thought! How uplifting it is! That is our prospect.
