EDITOR’S NOTE

Due to illness and accompanying weakness I feel the time has come when the editing of this periodical should be passed into other hands. This has been a matter of prayer and I am very thankful that Mr. J. Strachan has been exercised to be available for this service. If the Lord will, he will take over responsibility for the book as from the October 1991 issue.
